No need for Plex encoding because it's all local. Basically going to be using it for media to local devices, Zidoo Z9X, Shield, Coreelec, etc. My current setup is a Xeon e3-1226-v3, 12GB, 4x14tb shucked WD drives, 2TB NVME drive and I'm booting OMV off a small 128GB NVME in a USB enclosure. Newbie here, just trying to find a NAS solution that's right for me.
